A spectacular new season of shows goes on sale, taking us through Winter, Spring and right into summer 2015!
Casting information has now been revealed for two major musicals, X Factor winner and West End star of THE BODYGUARD Alexandra Burke will reprise her role of Rachel Marron from Tue 21 April - Sat 2 May. At matinee performances of THE BODYGUARD, the role of Rachel Marron will be played by Pop Idol's Zoe Birkett. Belinda Lang and Gary Wilmot will star in a new production of OKLAHOMA! from Tue 3rd - Sat 7 March. A revival of Cole Porter's ANYTHING GOES will be a summer treat from Mon 13 - Sat 18 July.
For the family, Shakespeare For Kidz return with their production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM on 20 Jan. The Chuckle Brothers also return with a brand new production, a retelling of The Wizard Of Oz - CHUCKLES OF OZ on Sat 4 April. Mothers Day sees the ultimate Disney sing-a-long experience with SING-A-LONG-A FROZEN, on Sun 15 March sing a long to all the hits whilst watching the movie on screen with interactive fun and a best-dressed competition! Children's favourite THE OCTONAUTS present their Deep Sea Volcano Adventure on Wed 15 & Thurs 16 April.
Drama highlights include another thrilling masterpeice from the Agatha Christie Company who present their 10th Anniversary production - AND THEN THERE WERE NONE from Mon 2 - Sat 7 February, star casting is soon to be announced. The classic Arnold Ridley thriller THE GHOST TRAIN stars husband and wife duo Jeffrey Holland and Judy Buxton from Tue 7 - Sat 11 April - set in an isolated train station, a group of travellers learn the tale of a ghostly locomotive that haunts the station.
The critically acclaimed TWELVE ANGRY MEN (Mon 18 - Sat 23 May) visits Wolverhampton after a record-breaking West End run. This production brings to the stage the taut brilliance of the 1957 three-time Acdemy Award nominated film.
From the producers of Goodnight Mr Tom and Swallows And Amazons comes the stage production of THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PYJAMAS with extra schools perforkances programmed between Tue 9 - Sat 13 June.
For the opera-goers, English Touring Opera return to the Grand with two fabulous operas, Puccini's LA BOHEME (Mon 13 April) and Donizetti's THE SIEGE OF CALAIS (Tue 14 April)
Northern Ballet present a double bill of MADAME BUTTERFLY and PEPETUUM MOBILE (Tue 2 - Wed 3 June) and THE ELVES AND THE SHOE MAKER (Wed 3 June matinees).
Wolverhampton Musical Theatre Company (MUSCOM) return from Tue 10 - Sat 14 March and perform the first ever amateur performance of LEGALLY BLONDE - THE MUSICAL whilst West Bromwich Operatic Society (WBOS) present the Midlands premiere of GHOST - THE MUSICAL from Wed 13 - Sat 16 May.
