Following Information Only Applies to Socially Distanced Performances in December 2020.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic your booking experience may look a little bit different. To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with the Governments Covid-19 guidelines when you book a ticket you will be booking for a specific price band rather than a specific seat.

This will allow your Box Office team to allocate seats according to the necessary social distancing whilst ensuring household groups, of no more than six people, can sit together. You will be sent your tickets closer to the date of the performance with your allocated seats and also a staggered arrival time.

By booking tickets to any performance at The Grand Theatre you are agreeing to the below additional terms and conditions.

  • Should you or any of your household have Covid-19 symptoms you will not attend the theatre and contact us at
  • You agree to all ticket holders having their temperature checked on arrival at the theatre. If any member of the party fails three checks you will be asked to leave and money refunded.
  • Follow social distancing markers around the building.
  • You agree to all ticket holders wearing a face covering at all times whilst in the theatre, unless you are unable to do so due to medical conditions.

We have also implemented some additional measures to keep you safe while you are in the theatre, these include hand sanitiser available at multiple points throughout the theatre, one way systems in operation and also the NHS track & trace QR code which we encourage all bookers to register with on arrival.

If you require a wheelchair position, please contact or, who will contact you in turn to arrange your booking (Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm).

If you have a disability or impairment that means you require specific seating please continue to book your ticket online and then email your requirements to or who will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that Access Register concessions will not be applicable to this performance.

There will be a zero tolerance policy on aggressive behaviour.
Please be kind to our staff and play your part in making sure the show will go on.
