Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic your booking experience may look a little bit different. To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with the Governments Covid-19 guidelines when you book a ticket you will be booking for a specific price band rather than a specific seat.
This will allow your Box Office team to allocate seats according to the necessary social distancing whilst ensuring household groups, of no more than six people, can sit together. You will be sent your tickets closer to the date of the performance with your allocated seats and also a staggered arrival time.
By booking tickets to any performance at The Grand Theatre you are agreeing to the below additional terms and conditions.
We have also implemented some additional measures to keep you safe while you are in the theatre, these include hand sanitiser available at multiple points throughout the theatre, one way systems in operation and also the NHS track & trace QR code which we encourage all bookers to register with on arrival.

Please note that Access Register concessions will not be applicable to this performance.
