Box Office Information

The Box Office is open from 12pm to 9pm on performance days Monday to Saturday, and one hour prior to Sunday performances. Telephone lines open at 11am and counter service opens from 12pm. On non-performance days the Box Office closes to phone sales and personal visitors at 6pm.

You can buy tickets online 24 hours a day. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office, by telephone, paying by credit card, debit card or by cash (in person only).

All telephone calls are answered and placed in an automatic queuing system, which ensures your call is dealt with in strict rotation. Calls are recorded and may be used for training purposes.

Methods of Payment

The theatre accepts payment in GBP (Great British Pound) by cash, Visa Credit and Debit cards, MasterCard Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron. Cheques will be accepted provided there are at least two full weeks between the cheque being received and the date of the performance.

Booking Fees

A booking fee of £3 applies to all transactions.

Postage Costs

There is a cost of £1 to post tickets to UK addresses. Tickets cannot be posted to addresses overseas and will be held at the theatre for Box Office collection.


Tickets may be reserved but must be paid for within three working days of making the booking or no later than 3 days before the performance, whichever is sooner.

Methods of Ticket Collection

When booking over the phone or online you will have the option to have your tickets posted to you, held at the Box Office for collection in person or you can have an electronic copy of your tickets emailed to you to print at home. Please note if you opt to print at home, tickets must be printed and a physical copy presented to the usher at the theatre. Tickets cannot be posted to addresses overseas, these will be held at the Box Office for collection before the performance.

General Concessions

General Concessions apply to those over 60, children under 16, students in full time education, jobseekers and registered disabled. Valid for most performances, excluding Saturday evenings. Any double discounts do not apply.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please note: It is a condition of sale that once tickets are purchased, money will not be refunded. Tickets can be exchanged to another performance within the same production at a £2 per ticket charge or to a different production at a £5 per ticket charge. All exchanges are subject to availability. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance. Please note: there are no exchanges for group bookings or amateur productions.
