STATEMENT ON COVID-19 (AS OF 27 APRIL): GRAND THEATRE ANNOUNCES EXTENDED CLOSURE PERIOD

Dear Friends and Loyal Patrons,

The whole team at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre hopes you are keeping safe and well in these challenging times.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theatre will continue to remain closed until Sunday 31 May.

If you were due to attend a performance between the dates of Tuesday 5 and Sunday 31 May, you will receive an email from the Theatre during the next few days. If we do not hold an email address for you, we will write to you directly by post, however this may take a little longer. The correspondence will outline your options and take you through a step by step process to manage your bookings.

It is unfortunate that some productions have been completely cancelled, however some have been re-scheduled for a later date and we hope you will be able to attend the new date and have a visit to the Grand Theatre to look forward to.

The Customer Services Team continue to work tirelessly to manage patron bookings. If you were due to attend between Monday 16 March and Monday 4 May and have an outstanding enquiry please email feedback@grandtheatre.co.uk for assistance.

Please continue to direct any urgent enquiries through FEEDBACK and your queries will be answered as soon as possible.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for all the support and kind words during this unprecedented time. The theatre has received in excess of £10,000 in donations over the last six weeks and for this we are eternally grateful.

We hope to see you again in the not too distant future.
