You can buy tickets online 24 hours a day. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box office or by telephone, paying by credit card, debit card or by cash (in person only).
The theatre accepts payment by cash, Visa Credit and Debit cards, MaterCard, Maestro, Solo & Electron. Cheques will be accepted provided there is at least 2 full weeks between the cheque being received and the date of the performance.
There is a cost of £1 to post tickets to UK addresses. Tickets cannot be posted to addresses overseas and will be held at the theatre for Box Office collection.
A £3 booking fee applies to all purchases.
Tickets may be reserved but must be paid for within three working days of making the booking or no later than 3 days before the performance, whichever is sooner.
When booking over the phone or online you will have the option to have your tickets posted to you, held at the Box Office for collection in person or you can have an electronic copy of your tickets emailed to you. Please note if you opt to print at home, tickets can be show on a mobile device however, if you’re unable to show your tickets on a mobile device they will need to be printed off in advance. Tickets cannot be posted to addresses overseas, these will be held at the Box Office for collection before the performance.
General Concessions apply to those over 60, children under 16, students in full time education, jobseekers and registered disabled. Valid for most performances, excluding Saturday evenings. Double discounts do not apply.
Please note: It is a condition of sale that once tickets are purchased, money will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances tickets can be exchanged to another performance within the same production at a £2 per ticket charge or to a different production at a £5 per ticket charge. All exchanges are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Grand Theatre. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance. Please note: there are no exchanges for group bookings or amateur productions and there may also be other exceptions.
