Celebrate South Asian Heritage Month with us!

Step into a vibrant world of colour, culture and craft. Discover a beautifully handcrafted Indian market cart and elegant Sari, both created by Daya Illustrations a visual artist based in the West Midlands (https://www.dayaillustrations.co.uk/).

Panjabi Tales of Willenhall is a photography exhibition celebrating the stories of Panjabi migrants who settled in Willenhall between the 1950s and 1980s. Created by Manpreet Darroch and Ramtirth Uppal of Genesis Media, and featuring photography by Safwan Chowdhury and curation by Mohammed Ali MBE of Soul City Arts, the project highlights the community’s resilience, hard work, and contributions to the town’s lock and key industry. Interwoven with the poetry of Karam Singh Karam, the exhibition offers a moving tribute to the elders whose lives shaped Willenhall’s cultural landscape. With thanks to those who opened their homes and to the Saanjha Women’s Group for their support.

Join us for a celebration of heritage, identity and community – through threads, textures and traditions that continue to inspire.
